10G SFP+ DAC
Product Introduction
The 10G SFP+ Passive Direct Attach Copper (DAC) Cable is a Twinax copper interconnect designed for reliable, short-distance network connections between SFP+ equipped devices. Integrating fixed SFP+ connectors at both ends, it provides a simple and cost-effective alternative to optical transceivers and fiber optic patch cords for in-rack and adjacent-rack deployments. Compliant with the 10GBASE-CR and SFF-8431/SFF-8432 SFP+ MSA specifications, the cable supports Ethernet data rates from 1 Gb/s to 10 Gb/s, 1G/2G/4G/8G Fibre Channel, and InfiniBand SDR, DDR, QDR, and FDR-10 applications. The passive design requires no signal amplification, resulting in low power consumption while maintaining reliable performance over cable lengths from 1 m to 10 m. Featuring hot-pluggable SFP+ connectors and a standard 2-wire management interface, the cable is suitable for data center, enterprise, storage, and telecom networking environments.
