4K30 DisplayPort KVM Extender with Audio, IR, RS-232, USB 2.0, 150m
The 4K DisplayPort KVM Extender over CATx Cable transmits DP video, USB, audio, IR, and serial signals up to 150 meters over a single CAT6/6a/7 cable. It supports DisplayPort video resolutions up to 4K@30Hz (4:4:4) and complies with HDCP 1.4. USB 2.0 ports on the front and rear support keyboard, mouse, camera, and other peripherals. The extender also provides audio embedding and extraction, IR control, and serial extension with selectable baud rates. It operates without software or drivers and supports Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome OS. Power over Cable (PoC) allows power transmission from either the transmitter or receiver, with a wide input range of DC 12–48V.

The DisplayPort KVM Extender, IPXF-D430-SH150, consists of a Transmitter and a Receiver unit that extend DP, audio, USB 2.0, IR, and RS-232 signals. It transmits 4K30 DP video up to 150 meters (490 ft) over CAT6/6a/7 cabling.
The Extender supports USB 2.0 extension, with four USB 2.0 ports located on the front and rear of the receiver unit (Rx), suitable for both long-term and temporary connection of USB peripherals. It is compatible with most popular operating systems, including Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Linux.
The IR extension function supports a full-frequency IR signal range from 38 kHz to 56 kHz. Additionally, the distance between the emitter head and the IR port on the unit can be extended, providing users with a flexible and convenient installation option. (A maximum 3-meter IR extension cable is available separately.)
Full-duplex data communication between the Tx and Rx via CAT6 cabling provides a cost-effective, hardware-based solution for remote access and control of RS-232 protocol devices, without the need for setup or configuration. RS-232 serial extension is ideal for applications such as digital signage, industrial or commercial offices, smart classrooms, and smart home systems.
2-Way Audio with Unique Audio Embedding/De-Embedding Function
The bi-directional audio extension function allows independent 2-way audio transmission between the transmitter and receiver units. The audio embedder/extractor function can embed audio from a 3.5 mm source into a DP signal or extract DP audio to a 3.5 mm stereo output. This provides a second audio transmission channel, beneficial for content creators in video post-production, audio broadcasting, or home cinema amplifier installations.
