This 18Gbps HDMI Video Extender can transmit high-definition video/audio signals, RS-232, and bidirectional IR, over a single CATx cable, with a transmission distance of up to 120 meters (394ft) for 4K60 and up to 150 meters (492ft) for 1080P, between the Transmitter and Receiver. It supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, 18Gbps bandwidth, and HDCP 2.2. An HDMI loop-out port is available for local output. The Extender also supports de-embedded L/R audio output and PoC (Power over Cable) functionality. Additionally, it features two-way IR passthrough, allowing for control of both the source and the display.
The HDMI extender includes two units: a Transmitter and a Receiver. The Transmitter captures HDMI input signals and transmits it, along with IR control signals over a cost-effective CAT5e/6 cable. The Receiver receives the HDMI signal and relays the IR control signal. This Extender offers a convenient and reliable solution for long-distance HDMI transmission over a single CAT5e/6 cable, making it ideal for various applications.
