4K30 DisplayPort EDID/HDCP Feeder with 2 Ports Splitter Function, 1 IN 2 OUT

 

The VSP-FHD-2DP is a 1x2 DisplayPort splitter and display emulator that distributes a single DisplayPort source to two DisplayPort outputs and supports resolutions up to 4K @ 30Hz. It is HDCP compliant and incorporates a built-in HDCP key to maintain continuous digital video output. With DDC Ghost (EDID Feeder) functionality, the unit can emulate a connected display and supports EDID auto learning and EDID copy from either output, including temporary and permanent EDID configurations with support for restoring multiple EDID profiles. The splitter supports DP++ (Dual-Mode DisplayPort) for compatibility with HDMI or DVI displays via passive adapters and operates without software installation.

DisplayPort EDID Feeder with 1x2 DP Splitter Function, 4K@30(4:4:4), HDCP

The VSP-FHD-2DP, DP EDID Feeder, distributes DisplayPort video output to two DP monitors. Its built-in HDCP key acts as a coordinator between the source and display device to ensure uninterrupted digital video streaming.

 

EDID Feeder: DDC Ghost

The EDID Auto Learning and EDID Copy functions allow the DP Ghost to either read the necessary EDID information from the splitter unit itself or copy EDID from EDID-compliant monitors (DP1 or DP2), ensuring accurate display output. The DP Ghost aggregates EDID feeds from either DisplayPort 1 or DisplayPort 2 compliant monitor and supports both Permanent (EDID Copy) and Temporary (EDID Auto Learning) EDID configurations.

Note: EDID Auto Learning records EDID information but data will be erased after hot-plugging or power-off.
